Apache Commons Net 팀에서 Commons Net version 3.1을 릴리즈 하였습니다.
이 팀에서는 모든 Commons Net 사용자들이 3.1버전으로 업그레이드 하기를 권장하고 있습니다.
또한, 기존의 3.0.1 바이너리와 소스간의  호환이 된다고 하네요..
