The Apache Portals Jetspeed Team is pleased to announce version 2.2.1 of the Jetspeed-2 Open Source Enterprise Portal.

Release 2.2.1 continues Jetspeed's full compliance of the Portlet Specification 2.0 (JSR-286), passing the Portlet 2.0 TCK (Test Compatibility Kit) suite and is fully CERTIFIED to the Java Portlet Standard.

This release introduces the Jetui client-side customization engine, as well as advanced page templating support and improvements.

The Apache Portals team is pleased to announce the General Availability of 1.1 releases for the major Portals Applications.

Apache Portals Applications is dedicated to providing robust, full-featured, commercial-quality, and freely available Portlet Applications under the Apache license developed at the Apache Software Foundation.

These 1.1 version releases provides upgrades for following portlet applications with bug fixes, new features, and improvements:

* Gems - A collection of reusable portlets including Flash, Google Maps, File, Event and Browser portlets.
* Database Browser - A portlet application dedicated to the development and database portlet development including scrollable lists and data entry forms
* Demo - A portlet application dedicated to learning Java and Groovy portlet programming and tutorials, as well as some helpful weather and bookmark portlets
* RSS - A portlet application dedicated to the development of RSS portlet features

The Apache Portals Pluto team is proud to announce the general availability release of Pluto 2.0.1.
This is the second GA release of the 2.0 line of Pluto conformant to the Java Portlet 2.0 Standard JSR-286.

Pluto 2.0.1 includes a number of minor bugfixes and improvements and provides more OSGi friendly bundle configurations.
